daughter who is a physician in the Philadelphia area and a son, a marketing
executive, in Washington, D.C.

extensive practice in the field of workers’ compensation and occupational
disease for over 30 years, including litigation before the Pennsylvania
Commonwealth Court; the Pennsylvania Supreme Court; the United States District
Court and the United States Court of Appeals. Has lectured extensively in
workers’ compensation matters on behalf of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers
Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association
and is the author of numerous articles dealing with workers’ compensation issues
