Founding partner in the law firm of Laputka, Bayless, Ecker & Cohn in 1953. He focuses his practice on estate planning and administration; corporate law; and labor law.

Admitted to Pennsylvania Supreme Court; United States District Court Middle District of Pennsylvania; and United States Supreme Court.
